Job Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and efficient design calculations to support project submittal drawings in accordance with project requirements, design codes and pricing scope
* Coordinate design calculations with submittal drawings
* Provide drawing assistance for project submittals using AutoCAD
* Management of multiple projects and performing duties on schedule with expected quality and results
* Provide assistance to other departments using sound engineering judgment

Requirements
* Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Structural Engineering
* Registered EIT / FE is required
* Minimum of 1 year industry experience or project management related work experience preferred
* Knowledge of construction practices
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, and be able to perform structural designs
* Ability to use a variety of computer programs, including AutoCAD, Mathcad, Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Ability to interact with customers, managers, engineers, drafters and other employees to resolve engineering and management related issues
