Its is the purpose of MBA to operate a socially and economically sound community which provides affordable decent homes to residents. Friendship Haven Retirement Community is a 100 unit, not-for-profit apartment complex located at 2600 West Jefferson Street in Kokomo, Indiana. Made possible through the efforts of are Mennonite Churches, a montage and subsidy from HUD. Applicants must be 62 or older, or needing the specially designed features of altered units. Friendship Haven features unfurnished one and two-bedroom apartments and ten specially designed apartments.
