IT Help Desk Representative in Portland, Maine
Pay: $25 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Assignment Length: Temp-To-Hire

Duties:
- Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support with computer hardware, software, or related issues.
- Maintaining and setting up new physical network infrastructure
- Installing and maintaining computer hardware, printers, etc.
- Managing an inventory of assets and ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly licensed
- Providing user training and education on basic computer operations and software applications
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system networking
- Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- College degree preferred, but not required
