    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts, ensuring all necessary terms, conditions, and attachments are included.
    • Review and validate requisition details, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining accurate procurement data.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vendor requirements are clearly defined and met in all contracts.
    • Negotiate vendor agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Support the tracking and analysis of procurement metrics to monitor efficiency and compliance.
    • Assist in the project closeout process, ensuring all procurement-related documentation is finalized.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of purchasing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
    • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in procurement, with a preference for candidates experienced in the construction industry.
    • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ViewPoint Vista software is advantageous but not essential.
    • Key Skills: Demonstrated success in contract management, including negotiation and administration.
    • Education: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, etc.) is highly regarded.
    • Tech Expertise: Strong proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
    • Communication & Organization: Exceptional organizational and communication skills are a must.
    • Multitasking Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
    • Eye for Detail: A precision-focused approach and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
