The Staff Accountant will be an integral part of the team, ensuring all accounting tasks are performed accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities within the accounting field, including processing daily transactions, maintaining cash books, and preparing journal entries.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle the processing of daily and monthly transactions to the general ledger.

    • Ensure the accuracy of cash receipts and disbursements, and maintain cash books.

    • Review invoices and assign appropriate GL codes.

    • Prepare and post journal entries, and perform tasks within the General Ledger.

    • Compile and analyze monthly financial data.

    • Oversee depreciation and amortization schedules, booking entries as needed.

    • Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations for asset and liability accounts.

    • Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
