JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Under the direct supervision of the EMS
Business Manager provides education and training to all disciplines of
emergency care providers. Responsibilities Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Demonstrates attributes of a professional educator:
Self-motivation, effective communication, effective time management,
team focused, organization, knowledgeable, prepared, confident,
respectful, student advocate. Demonstrates the ability to provide
quality instruction in all learning domains: Cognitive, Psychomotor and
Affective. Applies the principles of Adult Learning in the classroom.
Demonstrates the ability to set clear and obtainable goals and objective
for course participants and then monitor and evaluate student progress
according to state, overseeing agency and/or department criteria Engages
the learner and provides well timed and effective feedback Develop
training curriculum and material for EMS training programs Teach at
varied time and places using varied formats based on student demand: Day
or evening, main campus, mobile Sim lab or on site of students\'
employment. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts
effectively with students, customers and Mercy Partners of all
disciplines. Culture of Excellence Behavior Expectations To perform the
