    • 2+ years of marketing automation experience
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
    • Strong experience with email automation, lead nurturing workflows, and personalized customer journeys
    • CRM knowledge
    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
    • Familiarity A/B testing best practices
    • Strong knowledge of marketing funnel stages and the role that marketing automation plays in driving lead generation, scoring, and retention
