Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Responsibilities: Client Services Provide
behavioral support, therapeutic services and coaching. Schedule and
participate clinical meetings as required; Participate in making
treatment plans and setting client objectives; write client summaries.
Program Management and Support Direct service caseload and required
supervision; Observation and feedback to broaden staff skill levels;
Provide crisis support as needed. Administrative Management of daily
operations for the clinical team (therapy schedule, goals achievement,
objectives reporting, etc.) Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of
the clinical directives to ensure that client needs, agency standards
and funding requirements are met. Maintain documentation, client files,
and statistics (as required) to include client objectives progress.
Prioritize the use of best and evidence-based practices, including
researching programming trends and current practices being used by other
similar organizations. Provide direct service and support to individuals
or clients, such as handling a referral for child advocacy issues,
conducting a needs evaluation, or resolving complaints. Establish and
maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in
community to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not
duplicated. Maintain case history records and prepare reports. Develop
and review service plans in consultation with clients and perform
follow-ups assessing the quantity and quality of services provided.
Consult with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to determine
causes of problems, such as truancy and misbehavior, and to implement
solutions. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required
skills, knowledge and abilities Ability to give and receive feedback
Ability to espouse and coach trauma-informed care and motivational
interviewing Belief in a strengths-based approach to human services
Experience and Qualifications: Experience with at-hope populations
(preferred) Pass all background checks, proof of Drivers\' License and
Automobile Insurance Coverage Master\'s Degree in Social Work or related
field Valid clinical license (APSW, LCSW, or LPC preferred) Detailed
knowledge of Wisconsin State Statute Chapter 48, Children\'s Long-Term
Support Waiver, and Comprehensive Community Services (preferred) 3
years\' experience applying counseling and diagnostic theories and
techniques to a full range of diverse client populations, as well as
co-occurring disorders (preferred) Appropriate knowledge and skill in
