    Job Duties:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
    • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
    • Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
    • Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
    • Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Mentor and support entry level accounting staff.
    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in senior accounting roles in multiple industries
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Intermediate to Advanced Excel Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, strong time management and organization
    • Familiarity with other accounting software a big plus (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
