So what I value most about the work that I do is seeing everybody grow within the company. So being a promote from within company enterprise, you see all of your co workers, all the people you know and love and grow up with through the company from the very bottom everybody grows and prospers more than ever. You see everybody move around, go to different branches, go to different positions, try out different areas that they may have an interest in. And it's just really encouraging to see how fast you can move up within the company. And it's also great because you have so many people around you, supporting you and encouraging you and pushing you to be the best possible version of yourself in order to get where you want to be.
