JOB REQUIREMENTS: County Materials Corporationis a leading manufacturer

Executive Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Materials,
in Marathon City, WI. Military service members and veterans are
encouraged to apply. Job Duties Provides administrative assistance, such
as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing
communications. Maintains comprehensive and accurate corporate records,
documents, and reports. Performs minor accounting and bookkeeping
duties. Provides calendar management support; organizes meetings,
including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering, when
necessary. Answers incoming phone calls in a polite and professional
manner and accurately transcribes messages. Coordinates travel
arrangements (both domestic and international) and creates trip
itineraries. Uses various software, including word processing,
spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or
special projects. Work Environment Office environments Physical

High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years of administrative assistant
experience Poised under pressure, professional and maintains strict
confidentiality Ability to evaluate communications and escalate relevant
information to executives as needed Exceptional attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Strong organizational skills and
ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management and ability to meet deadlines Problem-solving and
decision-making skills Skilled in the use of standard office equipment
(e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines).
