    If you have 10+ years within public accounting with a focus on corporate tax services, this is a place you should consider. The firm has an established client base, so you will not be expected to do business development as a major part of the job. The key will be to provide key leadership to the developing team of managers, seniors and staff while maintaining a high level of client service.

     

    Excellent compensation, time off and benefits, as well as nice restrictions on peak busy season hours (< 55) for everyone. Above market compensation salary range $175-225k+, plus bonus...Comp will be based on experience.

     


    Requires:

    ·      10+ years public accounting experience (Experienced Manager, Sr Manager, Dir)

    ·      MST or Advanced degree a plus

    ·      CPA and or EA preferred

    ·      Clients base history should be middle market corporations ideally.

     

    This role is be based in the Boston Area with hybrid (2-3 days a week ideally) in-office to help manage/mentor staff. You need to live within reasonable commuting distance to MetroWest.
