    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 8-12 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of experience.
    • Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, SQL, or HTML.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
    • Experience with tools and technologies such as Active Directory, Oracle, and automation frameworks.
    • Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively.
    • Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and configuration management processes.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and procedures in software development.
