    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs.
    • Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
    • Develop case strategies and advise clients accordingly.
    • Stay updated on legal developments and collaborate with the team.


    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    • Active bar membership in Tennessee required.
    • Preferred 3+ years of litigation experience with a proven track record.
    • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
