Biosite’s software solution is unique and extensive. Critical to customer experience is the set-up, on-boarding and education of customers and site teams. The role of Site Implementation & Training Specialist is a critical role in the engagement of Biosite customers in ensuring a smooth introduction to life with Biosite as well as encouraging adoption among users.

The role involves providing in-depth knowledge on functionality and capabilities of Biosite’s entire product range to achieve the best solution for the customer needs.
The role holder will lead remote and on-site training with customers in how to use Biosite products and will support the business in providing and updating training material and user guides over time. 

The position will report directly to the Implementation & Training Lead within Biosite’s Professional Services team. Biosite is specifically seeking someone to lead implementation and training for its customers based in and around London.

Training and career development will be provided to the right individual.
 
Main responsibilities and tasks
•    Prepare and deliver set-up and implementation based on an understand of customer requirements
•    Prepare and deliver professional training sessions both on-site and remotely, covering user and administrator training
•    Update and provide detailed training material to customers
•    Assist customers with any technical issues during implementation
•    Assist sales team with onboarding new customers


Key working relationships (internal and external)
•    Customers
•    Product teams
•    Administration team for scheduling
•    Sales teams for customer engagement and requirements capture

 

Person Profile: Essential qualifications, experience, knowledge and behaviours

•    Experience working with in a customer focused and/or training environment would be preferred
•    Competent IT (Word, Excel and Outlook) 
•    Keen attention to detail and accuracy
•    Motivation and ability to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team
•    Good communication and relationship skills
•    In Depth knowledge of Biosite products
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
•    Demonstrate ability of high-level engagement with director level customers and proof of customer satisfaction analysis and monitoring
•    Good organization skills to meet daily and weekly deadlines
•    Ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment
•    Be flexible to customer availability
•    Contribute to a team with good work efficiency and responsibility
•    Train new employees on proper use of Biosite products
•    Be able to manage your own workload
•    Promoting a positive customer experience
