JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wausau Window and Wall Systems Position Summary Apogee
Enterprises, Inc (APOG, a public company) is looking for a Recruiter to
support our Architectural Framing Systems business segment. As a
Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to the business by partnering
closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop comprehensive
recruiting strategies that enhance our ability to attract and secure top
talent. The incumbent will drive all aspects of full lifecycle
recruiting including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and
hiring. This role will support production hourly recruitment for our
Wausau, WI sites and also flex to support other sites based on business
need. This role is full-time and based in Wausau, WI. Key
Responsibilities Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand
the needs of the business and ideal candidate profiles Develop and
implement recruiting strategies using diverse techniques and channels
including online sourcing databases, employee referrals, cold-calling,
professional organizations and associations Build strong relationships
with hiring managers and advise them on the talent landscape and
recruiting strategies Develop strong external networks and bring new
strategies and out of the box thinking to source and secure top talent
Keep current on external market factors as well as new best practices
and trends in recruiting Effectively utilize our ATS (Workday
Recruiting) totrack and manage the recruiting process Follow current
processes but also recognize opportunities for greater efficiencies and
better practices Establish routines to ensure ongoing communication with
hiring managers and other internal partners Ensure a positive candidate
experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process Report on key
sourcing and recruiting metrics and leverage the data and analytics to
inform future recruiting strategies Champion our diversity & inclusion
strategy and initiatives Help manage relationships with external search
firms/agencies when applicable Requirements Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s
degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2+ years of full
life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing industry (highly
preferred) Prior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)
Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Indeed, and
LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) Strong business and recruiter
acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and
understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal
and OFCCP recruiting requirements Proven ability to quickly adjust to
changing priorities and deadlines Strong relationship building and
networking skills Demonstrated ability to interact with candidates and
