Job Description

The daily duties and responsibilities of a Parts Specialist include:

Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is available for repair and service needs

Procure parts and equipment from vendors, negotiating pricing and delivery terms

Assist customers and service technicians in locating the correct parts for their needs

Coordinate with departments to ensure parts availability for scheduled new builds, repairs, and maintenance

Perform regular audits of inventory to prevent loss and ensure accuracy

Provide customer service, answering questions and providing information on parts and equipment

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to manage our inventory and assist customers and service technicians with parts orders.

Your responsibilities will include ordering parts, maintaining stock, managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Working knowledge of Quickbooks manufacturing, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, and other basic computer skills.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of trailer parts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Their role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the products and parts they handle.


Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies

Place orders for new parts and equipment

Ship and receive all parts and supplies

Assist customers with locating and ordering parts

Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable service

Work closely with service department to facilitate parts needs

Keep work environment clean and safe

Proven experience as a Parts Specialist or similar role

Strong knowledge of trailer parts and systems

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent;


Ultimately, the role of the Parts Specialist is to ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

· Position is full time, 40 hrs. Monday-Friday
