Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Regulatory Analyst for one of our premier oil and gas client in Houston, Texas. This person will manage all regulatory and permitting activities associated with drilling and operations of wells. They will provide guidance to teams with local, state and federal permitting and operating requirements to ensure compliance. They will develop business relationships with professionals at regulatory agencies to ensure knowledge of the rules and compliance. This person will be supporting day to day regulatory tasks, with a focus on completions reports and compliance with the railroad commission as well as helping with horizontal permitting.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of Regulatory Experience



Texas Regulatory Experience



Good down hole knowledge (production analyst/tech)



Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience (4+ years)



Experience with Completion Reports



Experience with compliance with the railroad commission



Experience with Horizontal Permitting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

New Mexico Experience
