Ecolab Company has an opening for a Procurement Manager - Environmental & Social Responsibility (ESR) in our Global Procurement Team located in St. Paul, MN. Through hands-on oversight and management of strategic third-party partnerships at an operational level, you will play a critical role in influencing our day-to-day operations, strengthening business resilience, and ensuring an agile approach to change and transformation for our evolving operating model as it relates to executing on our Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESR) ambition with our partners.
Working closely with various internal teams, you will be a bridge between Ecolab and strategic vendors, ensuring appropriate connectivity, communication and information sharing. Working with external partners, you will design a roadmap for collaboration and continuous improvement, finding opportunities to leverage vendor capabilities and accelerate speed to value.
What You Will Do:

Primary owner of the relationship between vendors, certifying bodies and Ecolab

Acting as overlay between vendors and business & category management Teams

Working with stakeholders on vendor strategy; primarily those with reciprocal relationships

Manages reporting of vendors' quarterly business results

Sales forecast vs actuals

Continuous Improvement - SLA Tracking

Diversity & Sustainability planning and progress

Opportunity identification and conflict resolution

Identifies and aggregates partner/customer facing vendor created content (sell guides, price lists, data sheets, SOWs & SLA, etc.) for Relationship Repository

Create vendor performance scorecards

Facilitate vendor training as needed

Identifies issues and makes actionable recommendations to ensure optimum vendor performance across multiple process areas including sales, marketing, support, billing.

Assist in driving sales alignment against vendor's organizational objectives

Deliver monthly forecasts for each vendor to Finance

Conduct interviews with vendors

Customer requests and survey responses as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of professional experienceincluding Supplier Diversity and/or Supplier Sustainability

Experience with Sourcing methodologies
