Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team at our Kaneohe facility. We are currently looking for NAs, CNAs, RNs, and LPNs to provide exceptional care to our senior residents. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package. Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to senior residents, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
- Monitor resident's health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
- Participate in care planning and team meetings
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:
- Active certification or license as a NA, CNA, RN, or LPN in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living facility is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
