JOB REQUIREMENTS: Electrical System Updates: Assess and update
electrical systems as needed, including rewiring, outlet and switch
installation, and compliance with safety codes and regulations.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless
integration of electrical components with other renovation activities.
Lighting Installation: Install light fixtures, switches, and dimmers
according to project specifications and client preferences. Ensure
proper placement and alignment of lighting fixtures to achieve optimal
illumination and visual appeal throughout the property. Electrical
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions
promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruption to the
renovation schedule. Coordinate with other trades as needed to address
any electrical Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the
location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building
and safety codes. Maintain current electrician\'s license or
identification card to meet governmental regulations. Inspect electrical
systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the

Provide preliminary sketches or cost estimates for materials or
