Embark on a profession as a Sewer Camera Laborer, where you will play a vital part in inspecting sewers, storm, and water networks. You will support the Sewer Camera Operator in utilizing advanced 360-degree remote-controlled cameras for comprehensive examinations of underground pipes, mapping, and inspecting structural damage, blockages, and root intrusion. This essential position plays a significant role in ensuring the safety of underground drilling and construction processes within the infrastructure domain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in safely loading and unloading tools and equipment for the job.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of remote-controlled sewer cameras and CCTV equipment in order for the operator to:
  • Conduct inspections from street level using camera equipment.
  • Accurately identify and mark underground utility locations.
  • Provide detailed and useful reports that will assist hydrovac, drilling and construction crews.
  • Ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Passion for working outdoors.
  • Ability to be on your feet for most of the day.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Experience with CCTV sewer camera inspection is preferred.
  • Understanding of construction warning signs.
  • Possession of a valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Reliability and teamwork mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in all weather conditions and long hours.

Applicable Previous Experience:

  • CCTV Experience: 1 year (Preferred) and or we will train.
  • Utility Locating
  • Trenching
  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Roto-Rooter
  • Hydrovac operation or swamping
  • City utilities
