    Position Overview

    The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects and programs, from inception to delivery.     Responsibilities

    • Collaborate globally within regions such as APAC, EMEA, and others to execute and adapt site designs to specific regional requirements.
    • Oversee and maintain Project/Program Change Management (PCM tools) to track overall program progress and ensure deliverables.
    • Engage in daily stand-up calls and weekly sync meetings to maintain alignment with team initiatives and cross-functional groups.


    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s (Engineering preferred) degree in a relevant field required; an advanced degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of project/program management experience in technical design fields, preferably in data center or infrastructure-related projects.
    • Exceptional understanding of program management methodologies, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
    • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with data center operations, machine learning (ML), and technologies such as liquid cooling.
    • Proficiency in managing change requests and technical modifications while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with business leadership and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with tools and concepts such as TIDUS technology, data center "Basis of Design" practices, and machine learning workloads.
    • Global project management experience in a smaller, decentralized team environment.
    • Ability to thrive in a workload-intensive environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
