
As a member of the Global Operations Management Team the Global Operational Excellence Manager contributes to and delivers medium to long-term strategy to maintain and grow further into a global Project Logistics market leadership position. With focus and aim on all operational activities. She/He develops and enhances a long lasting, structured, lean and optimized business partnership with customers and national departments/teams.
Your Role
In this role the individual is expected to set the strategy alongside Global Head of Project Logistics Operational Excellence to successfully, set clear operational and customer KPIs, improve operational performance and provide the tools and training for operations to accomplish the agreed targets projects.Your Responsibilities
Operational / Tactical duties
- Process mapping, leading to national execution
- Implement and deliver strategies and plans to optimize and outsource operational activities
- Internal Project Management
- Eliminate waste and improve processes
- Create tools to improve process and operations
- Manage standards guidelines and ensure adherence
- Provide and monitor global operational performance through setting and monitoring operational standards (KPIs)
- Present improvement plans to national management teams
- Execute and deliver improvment plans
- Manage activities and general management of all Global Service teams

Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics operations management, with at least 4 years in a global or regional role.
- Proven experience in driving operational and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business-related activities.
