Demonstrated ability to pass a 1G V-Groove weld in both Mig and Tig welding processes.
Basic knowledge of operating fabrication-related equipment.
Proficiency in interpreting and understanding blueprints.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and reliable individual with 1-2 years of welding/fabrication experience in a shop setting. |

| Job Description: |
Position Overview: Our local company is seeking Mig/Tig Welders who are proficient in using hand tools, grinders, wrenches, and other necessary equipment to assemble farm equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform Mig/Tig welding and fabrication of steel components based on fixturing, work instructions, and blueprints.
Collaborate with the Head of Fabrication and Welding, effectively communicating needs and insights.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in line with 5S principles.
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate:
Starting at $21.50 per hour or more, based on experience (BOE), including shift differentials.
