Tech works daily to ensure all HVAC/R equipment is functioning, and makes any adjustments as needed, monitors the building automation system for alarms and makes any needed repairs to equipment, performs daily maintenance duties in the hospital such as unclogging toilets, repairing doors, troubleshooting low voltage devices, changing out medical gases, etc.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• Three years refrigeration experience required. Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills
• Current Journeyman license, Masters license or refrigeration certificate, CFC Certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Schedule: As needed - Working on average between 8-12 hours/week.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
