Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate or Graduate Intern with a field of study in Business, Human Resources, Communications or Instructional Design to join our Learning & Organizational Development team in Poway, California!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Python desired but not necessary.
  • Identify relevant research, best practices, and technologies directly related to course and program objectives.
  • Create documents and processes for instructional guides and evaluations.
  • Attend classes and programs to assist with documentation and development of instructional guides and potential new programs.
  • Participate in the day-to-day activities of assigned functional area assisting in the completion of routine and non-routine tasks.
  • Analyze, research, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing electronic and hard copy reports, records, diagrams, and charts.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications:
  • Requires active enrollment and currently attending as a graduate or undergraduate student at a recognized college or university.
  • Applicants who will have completed their undergraduate degree by the time the internship program would begin, must be planning to continue in a graduate program immediately following the conclusion of the internship program.
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Ability to understand new concepts and apply them accurately.
  • Ability to follow general and detailed instructions as well as organizational policies and procedures.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective interface with internal professionals.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
This position pays at an hourly rate of $22.00 - $31.00/hr., depending on your specific field of study and the number of college years completed.
