4-year degree in electrical engineering/technology, business, or equivalent experience
2+ years of equivalent related industry/technology experience is preferred
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems
Knowledge of high-voltage systems
Ability to communicate professionally and work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite |

| Job Description: |
What the Lead Bus Specialist will do:
Investigate and resolve electrical and programming issues encountered on the production line during electrical checkout
Participate in electrical checkouts of the first bus built on each order
Create and release programming updates and other engineering solutions
Support issue resolution using J1939 network traffic analysis
Execute in-plant testing of electrical and programming solutions as required by colleagues
Support supplier application approvals, vendor tests, config audits, and other online activities
Provide general status of online builds, identify, and address potential roadblocks preventing deliveries
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
