Digital Product Owner (Associated Director) Incentive Compensation (IC) works in a worldwide team accountable for the definition, design, evolution, delivery, and ongoing operation of the products and services supporting field colleagues related to commercial and scientific activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ​Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for digital incentive compensation tools, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance employee motivation and performance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, sales, finance, and IT teams, to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features for the incentive compensation platform.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions for incentive compensation, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs through data analytics and user feedback, making adjustments to optimize performance and address any issues.

  • Conduct regular training and provide support to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize the digital tools and features related to incentive compensation.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or other relevant fields

  • Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and data-driven mindset

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English
