Position Summary

This position is responsible for the aspects of product management for ConnectAssure. The candidate will have a solid understanding of software applications and technology. In this role, the candidate will establish strategies to drive sales growth and working with IPT product managers to deliver a seamless Customer experience with our connected portfolio of capital and consumable products. This individual will collaborate with Sales and Service leadership to support lead time reduction efforts. In addition, this individual will serve as a liaison with other manufacturers to ensure that our equipment can be successfully connected through competitive workflow software. They will have a mixture of upstream and downstream work centered on driving the growth of software products.

Duties


Uncover and understand Customer needs and use them to develop and refine specifications for future product enhancements.
Work with Product management to define connected user experience and requirements by platform
Ability to work well with internal and 3rd party development teams. Able to ensure requirements are communicated and fully understood and that execution matches business expectations.
Responsibility to lead and facilitate collaboration of both internal / external teams involved in developing, delivering and supporting ConnectAssure.
Work with global stakeholders for launch of CAT in target markets.
Responsible for planning, forecasting and achieving the new and recurring revenue performance to plan.
Apply a systematic approach to problem identification and solving while generating possible solutions to implement actions.
Coordinate development activities across the different development and IT teams.
Manage coordination, administration and timely execution of cross-functional projects, including setting, tracking and meeting deadlines, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication between project team leaders, and bringing project teams together into a cohesive whole.
Work closely with commercial teams to increase product penetration and utilization through the development of tools, training, and programs that provide a seamless approach to selling value.
Participate in sales training meetings, conferences, and Customer events.
Collaborate with the Digital Workflow Solutions Marketing, Education, Business Development, and IPT Marketing Communication teams to create and maintain effective collateral, marketing lead campaigns, and sales tools.
Complete competitive assessments Follow competitors and their connectivity solutions and conduct analysis regularly.
Provide prompt, comprehensive field support regarding application and use of products on an ongoing basis, including technical understanding.
Ability to handle product related questions, Customer communications regarding ConnectAssure, security questions, and supporting the technical sales process.
Serves as a primary liaison to coordinate information for the end user customer to successfully address all requirements to quote and install ConnectAssure

Required Experience


Bachelors Degree required
7+years of professional experience with either on premise or cloud software, connected devices or other IoT products
Product/User/Customer trainings, technical sales, customer support
Experience with supporting sales and renewals for a software product
Experience in IT Systems Administration or Network Administration
Experience in Networking technologies and software implementation.
Strong experience in developing in structured technical enablement program and technical knowledge base
Experience with managing to targets or other monthly KPI
Experience working with remote teams and Customers
Experience with creating both Customer facing materials and internal materials to explain complex solutions in a simple manner that is helpful for people with little to no technical expertise
Experience with converting Customers from older technologies to new ones
Must have demonstrated experience that displays strong business acumen
Advocate on behalf of Customers and have a strong desire to deliver the best Customer experience
Excellent communication skills to all levels
Ability to prioritize urgent vs important issues and tasks
Strong inclination to take action and lead the charge
Ability to objectively determine issues and focus on addressing process issues while working positively with cross functional teams

Pay range for this opportunity is$91,250.00-$127,575.00. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION]OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Employees are covered by an employee assistance program (also available to household members) and long-term disability. Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability. Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
