Job Description | The Administrative Assistant III provides administrative and clerical support to program chairs, department chairs, deans, or directors. |
Job Duties | Answer multiple phone lines, reports in Word, Excel, and use of Outlook for appointments, maintain CE programs and files, enter data into Excel, able to work with travel arrangements and invoices, work with shipping and receiving items, communicate with students, faculty, and staff. Plan events and order catering, other duties as needed for department, maintain ledgers, monitor transactions, open, date, distribute mail, organize and prioritize work, review PO’s, prepare spreadsheets |
