DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Previous experience working with the public preferred.
Knowledge: Golf knowledge and experience preferred. Knowledge of departmental operations and casino policies and procedures.
Skills and Abilities:
Must have well-developed skills. Must have careful and deliberate decision making skills, be detailed oriented, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and handle high stress situations as they present themselves. Must have good customer service skills and work well with the public. Must have the ability to prioritize and be self-motivated.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Golf cart, 2 way radio, utility cart with ball picker, basic tools, golf ball washer and spray washer.

Stand/walk for 4-8 hours of an 8-hour shift.
Sit for 2-4 hours of an 8-hour shift.
Lift and carry 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8-hour shift.
Must be able to frequently bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and rotate as needed during an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work under varying weather conditions.

May be from time to time exposed to inclement weather, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and misdirected golf balls. Work hours will include weekdays, weekends and holidays.
