Summary The Accounts Receivable Claims Specialist is expected to work
independently and will be responsible for effectively researching,
validating, and resolving customer claims from inception to completion.
This includes filing initial disputes with customers when claims are
confirmed to be invalid and pursuing cash recovery. The Claims
Specialist will work closely with the Claims Analysts to identify
specific customer trends and help identify root causes of deductions for
