JOB REQUIREMENTS: This list of duties and responsibilities is not

The general purpose of the Extrusion Press Hot Saw Inspector (Extrusion
B) is to work as part of the extrusion team, running the extrusion saw
safely and efficiently. Operates the extrusion saw in a safe productive
manner, making sure to not overload part cradles or damage parts during
the stacking process. Measure and examine extruded products during
routine quality checks with the intent to locate defects and check part
conformance to specifications found on blueprints. Determine setup
procedures according to specifications, and document any inconsistencies
or changes. Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance on the
extrusion saw and press area. (Ex. Monitor oil levels, change and
replace worn tooling, basic cleaning). Accurately use ERP system to
document machine rates, scrap rates, material usage to facilitate an
efficient and lean production environment. Communicate within the team
or organization using email to discuss changes in production schedule or
machine issues. Operate cranes and forklifts to move raw material and
tooling when needed. Be able to perform duties and responsibilities of
Extrusion C as needed to cover vacation, absences, breaks, etc. In

AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Demands refers to the level and/or duration
of physical exertion generally required to perform occupational takes
(sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing and
pulling). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently required to stand, talk, and use hands to handle, or touch
objects or controls. Perform repetitive motion of fingers, hands,
wrists, shoulders and upper body. The employee is regularly required to
walk, and reach with hands and arms. On occasion the incumbent may be
required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste and smell. The employee
must frequently lift up 10 to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50
to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position
include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance
vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision (ability to
identify and distinguish colors), Peripheral vision (ability to observe
an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes
are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision,
ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), and ability to
adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp
