    • Lead or assist in finance-related projects, including system implementations and integrations.

    • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors on specialized financial tasks when needed.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
    • Proven experience in an Assistant Controller, Controller, or similar position.
    • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, particularly Skyline, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
