About the role:

We are seeking a Collections Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of Claims Specialists. At KabaFusion, our collections department is responsible for following up on the non-payment of insurance claims by managing the appeals and denials process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Organize and lead efforts to maximize operational efficiency and optimize reimbursement
Follow-up, analysis, and resolution of outstanding insurance claims
Inspire, motivate, coach, and supervise staff
What you bring:

Associates' degree in related field or equivalent exp
3+ years of health insurance claims processing experience with an emphasis on collections
Previous supervisory or management experience
