communication skills to lead our Teller Team! As a Head Teller, you will
be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Teller team.
You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our customers
receive the best banking experience by #Makingmorepossible.
Responsibilities: Process customer transactions such as deposits and
withdrawals accurately and efficiently Promote our products and services
to customers and refer them to appropriate departments for further
assistance Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to
provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Plays a
positive role in the career development and growth of the Teller team
Uphold and embrace CCF\'s Mission, Vision, and Values every day
Requirements: Associate\'s degree in accounting, finance, economics or
related field. Substitution: Three (3) years of directly related full
time experience performing the functions outlined above may be
considered in lieu of the degree. Two (2) years of customer service
experience. Two (2) years of supervisory experience. Strong attention to
detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask
