    We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator, Customer Service to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and streamline customer service operations while ensuring smooth equipment distribution and issue resolution. The role involves collaboration across multiple departments and requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the escalation point for recurring digital issues, working closely with the digital team to identify root causes and resolve them efficiently.
    • Track and analyze trends in ongoing technological challenges to identify gaps affecting business continuity.
    • Maintain regular communication with the digital team to monitor the resolution status of raised issues.
    • Oversee the inventory and distribution of customer equipment, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires and adequate onsite inventory.
    • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to facilitate timely equipment distribution for remote and onsite employees.
    • Process equipment shipments, replacements, and returns, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established protocols.
    • Manage the security, organization, and up-to-date status of physical inventory at designated locations.
    • Facilitate equipment transfer and removal processes, adhering to e-waste protocols and maintaining a streamlined workflow.
    • Collaborate with CE Finance to recommend and place orders for new equipment, submitting timely expense reports for tracking purposes.
    • Ensure the completion and proper recording of equipment responsibility forms for all checkouts, swaps, and returns.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technical troubleshooting.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Demonstrated experience in customer service and office functions.
    • Proven ability to manage equipment inventory and shipping processes.
    • Familiarity with onboarding procedures and talent acquisition coordination.
    • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly during an 8-hour workday.
    • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of expense reporting and protocol adherence.
