    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Project Manager, specifically overseeing software development projects or IT initiatives.
    • Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
    • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, etc.) and familiarity with traditional methodologies, such as Waterfall
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and other technical processes.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to proactively align business objectives with technical execution.
    • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and distributed teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)SAFe® Agilist, or equivalent credentials
    • Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline practices.
    • Prior experience in industries focused on digital transformation, cloud migrations, or AI integration projects
