Receptionist- Automotive Dealership

Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with  customers both in person and on the phone for busy dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard with professional demeanor

  • Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries

  • Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department

  • Collate and file invoices using various methods

  • Make out-going phone calls to notify customers of Motor Vehicle work arrival

  • Calculate the customer’s bill and collect payments using the dealership’s computer system

  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superior verbal communication skills and ability to stay on task with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills

  • Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience

  • Professional personal appearance and presentation

  • Outgoing and positive demeanor

 

Shifts available include: ( Full time available upon request )

           10:00AM-7:00PM, 4:00PM-8:00PM,  Week day shifts

           8:30AM-5:00PM Saturdays

          Closed on Sundays 

Scheduling done on a monthly basis
