Qualifications:

Prior to the effective date of appointment, successful candidates must have:

·         MD or DO degree

·         Completed 4 years of OB/GYN residency

·         OB/GYN Board Certification, or Board-eligible

·         Completion of an ABOG-accredited FMPRS fellowship

·         ABOG FPMRS Board Certification, or Board-eligible

·         Unrestricted Texas medical license

·         Federally-issued DEA license

Applicants must have demonstrated excellence in clinical care and teaching in fellowship, and beyond.  The desired candidate can either be one with fellowship experience alone, or a physician with many years of clinical Urogynecology practice experience. 

 Academic responsibilities include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in the office, operating room, and inpatient settings at Memorial Hermann

 Hospital and working closely with general OB/GYN colleagues and those in other subspecialties.
