Position Responsibilities:
Co-respond
with emergency communications to low-level, non-violent crisis calls
Rapidly
build rapport and assess needs on-scene
Provide care
management and connection to vital services/resources
Collaborate
closely with partner first responder
Complete
documentation and data tracking
Requirements:
BA/MA in
Human Services or 3+ years behavioral health experience
Crisis
intervention, de-escalation, and engagement skills
Position
requires frequent driving of a personal vehicle. Valid driver's license is
required
Make an impact by getting the right response to the
right situation! Unique community-based role with 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm shifts.
