Overview We have a newly created opportunity for a Sr. Technical
Business Analyst to join our team. This role can be based at our
headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O\'Hare). In this
role you will work on a global team to support all SAP order-to-cash
applications used within our business units. Key Job Responsibilities
Knowledge expert within the Information Technology organization
supporting all SAP Order-to-Cash applications used by
KMC/KAC/Hensley/MTS organizations Ensure sales business requirements for
various order to cash and related functions are translated into detailed
functional specifications and consider cross functional impacts,
associated risks, cost benefit analysis, business justification, audit
guidelines and global support requirements Knowledge and technical lead
for projects, testing, deployment, and documentation of processes.
Identify approaches for new processes and recommend improvements to
automate or simplify existing processes Configure and test system
processes and troubleshoot, document, and resolve system related issues
Analysis of global business processes and procedures implemented in a
single instance of SAP business software Support a complex global S4
Hana implementation project. Guiding stakeholders to leverage best
practice usage of SAP S4 Hana. Effectively communicate and work within a
global team to coordinate and complete assignments for implementations,
upgrades, modifications, and value opportunities associated with quote
to cash processes Work directly with business partners to define, scope,
and implement solutions in alignment with business initiatives. Manage
business process design modification projects Work directly with AMS
staff to ensure project/support deliveries Work directly with vendor
