Milestone Contractors, L.P. is a fully integrated highway, heavy construction, and site-development general contractor, providing construction services primarily within the state of Indiana. We are prequalified with the Indiana Department of Transportation and Departments of Transportation in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois.

Milestone is part of the Indianapolis-based Heritage Group. Heritage is a privately-held group of companies with interests in petroleum refining, aggregate production, asphalt marketing, environmental services, industrial services, and safety in addition to construction.

Milestone's principal offices are located in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Columbus, Richmond, Bloomington, and Portland Indiana. We operate fifteen hot-mix asphalt plants and two concrete batch plants strategically located in our three market areas. Depending on the season, we employ over 1,000 construction professionals and tradepersons. Milestone is signatory to the Operators, Carpenters, Laborers, and Teamsters unions.

We provide construction services for all phases of highway construction and site development to include earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water systems, asphalt paving, concrete paving, miscellaneous concrete, bridge construction and structural concrete. Milestone takes pride in being your one-stop turn-key contractor. We are well equipped with personnel, equipment, and resources to handle every facet on your construction project. That means you have only one contractor to deal with. Our greatest strength is our ability to perform complex projects within a tight time frame and deliver a quality product on time and within budget. We are capable of performing as either the general contractor working directly for the owner or as a subcontractor on any project. We perform jobs as small as residential driveways to interstate reconstruction projects in excess of $30 million dollars.
