Coordinator Overview: Walsworth is hiring a Mail Services Coordinator at
our facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. This administrative position is
responsible for coordinating documents and tasks for the mail list
processing department. This full-time, benefits-eligible role is part of
a fun and dynamic team working in the mail list processing office. The
schedule for this role is Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. This is a 100%
on-site position. What You\'ll Do in Your Role: As a Mail Services
Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks
for the mail list processing department. This would include processing
mail paperwork from the finishing department, creating mail shipping
documents, and creating documents for foreign mail. Analyzing mail data
for potential postage savings and giving clients postage estimates would
also be a part of the daily routine. Essential Functions: \*
Communicating with production personnel, customer service and outside
clients. \* Reviewing and verifying electronic submissions. \*
Accurately entering data into several postal programs. \* Creating
postal statements. \* Coordinating mail logistics with the USPS Clerk
and various freight vendors. \* Completing any post-mailing tasks
including researching shipping and delivery, quality investigations and
customer feedback. \* Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient (5S)
workspace. \* Implementing at least one process or safety improvement
idea per year. \* Participating in at least two hours of educational
experiences per year, such as job shadowing, cross- training, webinars
or seminars. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities \* Outstanding
organizational proficiencies including prioritizing and multitasking. \*
Clear and effective written and verbal communication. \*
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive. \* Ability to work in
a team office environment. \* Dependability a must. \* USPS or mail list
processing experience a plus, but not required. \* Familiarity with
Excel a plus, but not required. Minimum Requirements: \* High School
Diploma or GED and \* Experience in an administrative or coordinator
role, or similar position. \* Ability to pass a pre-employment
