Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our dynamic team at Silver Tree Plumbing and Heating, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems for residential, lite commercial, new construction and remodeling. They will be providing customers with a high level of quality service. Supervise the work of other installers while maintaining high quality and timely job performance. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, motivation and dependability to complete jobs as assigned.
Responsibilities
Follow supervisor’s instructions and carry out job assignment in timely manner
· Supervise and be responsible for other installers, including training
· Follows processes and expectations outlined in Silver Tree’s Quality Program
· Report problems with company tools or vehicle to management promptly
· Works professionally with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors
· Run and work a job from start to finish and without Supervision
· Maintain professional relationships with builders and contractors
· Always maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
· Complete job within timelines and within labor budget
· Complete all necessary paperwork for the job and change orders
