\$10,000 Sign on Bonus Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT
HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: Shift 1 3
x 12-hour shifts: 0630-1900. We hire into our career ladder based on
experience. There are various levels available. Job Summary: As a member
of the healthcare team, collaborates with the surgical team to provide
care for patient ensuring that the goals of the patients are met, and
the mission of the hospital is carried out. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year as a Surgical Technologist
experience is required (1 year may include time spent in
orientation/training). EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School Diploma or
equivalent is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: American Heart
Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
Completion of an accredited (CAAHEP) Surgical Technologist program is
required. Surgical Technologist Level 3 staff, or above, with a date of
hire or adjusted date of hire prior to 8/1/2020 are not required to be
certified, as long as they meet the criteria in the job description.
