AIRCRAFT MODIFICATIONS
Through years of experience and a collection of skilled experts, we have developed a comprehensive approach towards aircraft modifications. As a vertically-integrated company, we have the ability and resources to manage and carry out all aspects of an aircraft modification at our Melbourne facilities from start to finish. Our facilities and capabilities include engineering & design with STC development, complex harness fabrication, structural manufacturing & machining and on-aircraft integration in our multiple hangars and workshops. All work is completed to the highest FAA standards and AS9100C. Our approach to aircraft modifications & avionics installations has helped us achieve a 90% on-time delivery rate while maintaining true, accurate quotations to the customer.

COMPONENT SALES
Our Component Sales website provides 100% Real-Time inventory reporting for our extensive stock of avionics, instruments, and accessories. In addition, our website includes detailed product information for 1000s of legacy and new aviation parts. We are stocking distributors for major manufacturers such as Garmin, Rockwell Collins, and Honeywell. All parts are fully traceable to FAA, EASA and ISO standards. Our commitment to the best customer service in the industry has enabled us to achieve 99% on-time delivery status.

MRO FACILITIES
Quality, safety, and professionalism are the core values of our MRO Department. We maintain MRO facilities with over 30 trained service technicians, sizable ISO certified clean room, environmental testing chamber, and many other electronic & instrumentation capabilities. We are recipients of the FAA Gold Award and the AEA Excellence Awards for our continuous commitment to training and safety. A strict inspection system ensures all repair & service work is performed with the utmost attention to detail and quality thus enabling us to achieve a warranty rate of less than 5%. Our dedicated MRO staff understands the importance of expedited and accurate communication in our industry of regulations, time constraints, and safety.
