Responsibilities :
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Build applications from scratch, push to AppStore
- Responsible for working on different layers of iOS apps.
- Influence every aspect of the iOS development process from API creation, design, and product
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and continuous integration system.
Skills :
Required Candidate profile :
- Proficient with Swift, and Cocoa Touch
- Knowledge of OAuth and authentication methods
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Expertise with REST APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Expertise in Auto layout for iPhone/iPad
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- Understanding iOS design patterns
- Understanding bug tracking/logging frameworks
- Expertise in multithreading
- Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket
- Understanding of code review tools like Bitbucket Pull Requests.
