The Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) oversees and manages all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This role is critical in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture by developing policies, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational goals. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. <p> Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; Advise management on HR-related issues and workforce planning; Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs; Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies; Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures; Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary actions; Maintain employee records and generate HR metrics for decision-making; Disclaimer: Responsibilities and qualifications listed are not exhaustive <p> Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism; Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ADP) and MS Office Suite; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities <p> Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 2-5 years of HR experience; SHRM or PHR certification preferred <p> What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
